totally recommended for shopping. the hotel offers a lot of food that was good. it's a great place to visit, the staff is really helpful and very very helpful.

Neat, huge room with japanese style bathrooms, family atmosphere. Facilities - climate control, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, shopping area, next to the markets as well as shopping center like dotonburi. Extra care from the extremely helpful staff.

The rooms are a nice size and convenient with comfy beds. Private bathroom is reasonably spacious. - the location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, 15 minutes' walk to Nipponbashi. - the staff are extremely helpful people.

Very near Dotonburi. So its just a walk away from restaurants/ bars and shopping area. The hotel is clean. The person who has the night shift at the front desk can speak very good english.

Very nice and cheap hotel at the same time. One of two hotels in Osaka I liked most. Sleeping room (twin) is spacy, separate bathroom and restroom, and unexpectedly lots of space compared to past experience in Japan. Night life is all around this place, Namba, Doutonborigawa.

Location was the main thing here...nothing else really special about the hotel ...rooms were a good size and clean. Not bad for a night or two.

Probably a bit over priced for the facilities and type of hotel. No places to eat immediately near the hotel and no coffee or drink facilities really.

Excellent location, walking distance to Dotonbori, accommodates families of 5, quiet street, friendly receptionist, early check-in available.

The location of Hotel Naniwa was convenient, really close to Donotabo. The hotel room was spacious, clean, had all the amenities. The separation of the w/c and the bath was nice, allows for use of both at the same time.

The wifi was bad, had to sit in the hall right next to the router and the reception was spotty.

In the past 30 years traveling around the world and having stayed in numerous hotels I have never experienced a bed as bad as this one (no comfort at all). Also during our 7 week stay in Japan we have never experienced a hotel staff as rude and negative as this one. Even though the location is good, we moved as soon as possible to another hotel.

The hotel itself was within walking distance from the station. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were ok.

Staff did not speak any english at all and it was difficult to communicate what I needed. We were not able to make any calls from our room which was very inconvenient. Staff were very inexperienced and did not know basic information I.E. where a public telephone was located or where a chemist was located. I would not stay there again.
